Post: Engine Sound...

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I know this has already been posted, but all that was on there was a bunch of ppl complaining about noobs n arguing over stupid ish...

That's why I'm posting this thread asking if anyone has a legit answer to this problem. If you have a negative comment, keep it to yourself.

Anyway... I know if you add a turbo engine to a non turbo car, there will be some "bugs", but, there has been a few times where I've had an issue putting a turbo engine in a turbo car and it was silent. ex: Asparadrink in a RX7, both turbo rotary engines... Any suggestions???

I change an engine and it still is quiet online , I build the hp in hex not in GT5 . I leave every power adder (engine upgrades , turbo , exhaust) stock as to not effect the engine sound and yet the engine is still quiet and I can barely hear it idle .

When I change cars and it starts I can hear the changed engine loud and clear .

Just looking for suggestions , Not your rants , thanks in advance .

when you swap the engine from a racecar into a normal car, you have to buy and install a raceexhaust on your normal and you will have your enginesound back...

This worked for a tank car engine in a dodge ram, but it didn't work when using the castrol tom's supra engine in an 86 gt, for that I had to also copy the exhaust bytes of the castrol supra to the 86 gt.
