I don't think you should set the age cap that high. You can find pretty mature players
that are 16 years old and possibly even younger. We have a fairly young audience on NGU,
and limiting the age cap to 21 and over won't get you as many people as you want.

Just a suggestion.

From all my experiences, the younger kids seem ok. But most are immature. Not to the point where they are mean at all. Just dont follow directions too well, and then all their friends join in, and it becomes one giant cluster f@ck. Its just easier to recruit ones who are a lil older. But honestly, some of the older ones are immature too. So its a win win, lose lose.
