if you login on your friends PS3
you can still download all of the dlc you have bought, to it.
download the family pack (free, that you have bought...)

but it can only used on 3 machine, some games, 5 machine.

but psn problem.

just like you go to app store with your phone. If your phone broke , you go to company to fix , and you can still download it unlimited times on a new phone.... Not only just because of the Machine Serial Number. But also your PSN.

If he delete all of the data of his PS3, also delete the main account which bought the DLC, and he use a dummy account but still can play in the SSRX = HE is success.

I wanna buy it, but how? because in my country the PS Store is unavailable. So I cant purchase. Not even free DLC.
