Anyway, they don't seem to go to top speed of 999 mph but instead go upto 920 mph, how do i make it go to 999 or above. Also, i've put a redbull engine and chassis in a v spec 09 and that has a 156,000 hp but even that goes only 708 mph. I need help. And i've also tried the transmission change it didn't help.

You need to change your gear ratios from within HxD.
