Yeah that was my thinking behind it too. Just couldn,t get anything to changed the wheels into wider ones, LOL
I think thats what happened with the OP, He changed onto a dofferent wheel base and thats what made his appear to get wider.

guys i think i might be on to something here, i copied some hex codes from the trial celica race tires to my 240sx (s14) 96 and the tires are now a tad bit wider and yes noticeable, it seems to have take the tire profile from the celica and applied it, so im thinking you have to fins a car that has the "profile look" your looking for and copy the race tire hex codes to the car of your choice.[ATTACH=CONFIG]23217[/ATTACH]
here a pic of where i took the hex code data from the pic at the bottum, is before i added race soft tires and the 1 above is after. i'll do more trials and give update but asking you guys to try it out also and let me know.

My Bad guys, the offset was due to a chassis upgrade i did, this only applies the race compound tires to the car.

but my theory is that, like in hybrids in gt4 where if you used the tire from another car the car being edited got the tire profile, loved the ss silverado rims on any car with a big enough wheel well
