There are 12 GT Academy cars in total for the game. 2 of them are tradeable but they are not part of GT Academy 2012 cars, those two cars can only be obtained from certain level/birthday tickets and/or traded. The other two cars that also makes up part of GT Academy (afterall the do bear the words GT Academy on them), one of them is DLC that is available as a separate pack from PS Store whilst the other can only be obtained from golding S class license (many said it works on European copies of the game) or when they offer them as a gift for completing a certain seasonal event.

The two tradeable GT Academy cars are:
- You must login or register to view this content.. You will notice how the license plate bears the words 370Z, those are tradeable.
- You must login or register to view this content.. This is the only SpecV (R35) that I have come across from the entire GT Academy series, it is easily distinguishable from the GT Academy 2012 cars because the SpecV offered in the GT Academy 2012 cars are only the Black Edition ones. Notably the license plate will also not bear the words GT Academy 2012.

The two untradeable and un-"borrowable" GT Academy cars are:
- You must login or register to view this content.. Again this is only offered to those who golded the S class license or when it appears as a gift car from a seasonal event which only happened once.
- You must login or register to view this content.. This is a DLC only car that can be bought as it is from PS Store. It is currently not bundled with any other car packs or complete pack for that matter.

The rest of the GT Academy cars at this stage are only the GT Academy 2012 series:

This is the list as it was before the hacked cars came about. I have yet to see a GT Academy 2012 car that cannot be borrowed. I have a PSN friend who got the GT Academy cars before the hacked cars came about and shared 4 out of 8 of them. I wonder how did he manage to glitch it if glitching wasn't well known then.

I actually agree with skyhawk in that they are glitched ones which ca be borrowed.

They aren't actually glitched. One guy modified the ticket so they are tradeable. That's how they have neen done. You can modify gt academy cars and for examble car restoration tickets tradeable but DLC cars like weider you can't as it's limited on the serber side aswell.

No, again that is wrong. The glitched (green ticket versions) ones are the only ones that can be traded/sent as gifts. The original GT Academy 2012 prize cars can be borrow glitched no problem. I have put all 8 GT Academy 2012 cars on share, if you want them add PSN shepzki put 'GT Academy 2012' in the subject or I will not accept any FR.

I just test borrowed one myself, I was curious to see if maybe PD patched the ability to borrow those cars recently and they have not.
