I just want to ask if you can increase Rim Size by changing the Chassis of the car as long as the Donor Chassis got Bigger rim size or changing something else maybe...

Yes, taking the SLR chassis will probably give you 19 inch wheels.

What can give you the excellent wheel size for Nissan R33 ? The wheel is just incredibly small !

maybe for some cars, not sayin' these guys are wrong but i swapped the tank car chassis on something and it just put the wheels way too far from the car. The actual rim size was still from the reg car.

Yea, that's how it works. Chassis only changes the distance between the wheels and the car.
There's no change on the actual tyre/wheel/rim.
