How many gear the fiat have ? 4 ? (We're talking about the old one right ?)
4th Gear ratio to 100 and final gear ratio to 1000

If you wanna have an 999 mph car choose these settings:
1. 4600
2. 2900
3.2090
4.1540
5.1190
6.960
7.690
8.340
9.150
Final Gear: 720
Only do this if your car has more then 40.000 hp others it won't reach the 999 mph!!

change your bhp to 255 in the garage editor and youll have at least 40.000 hp
