You need just add 100-150k hp I think it does trick.
255 downforce helps too, since if I'm not wrong you get -pp when it goes around (Over pp999)

After 1000PP it will start to go backwards so just add enough hp to get there

I just tryed and got pp-11112.
All i needed to do was powermultiplier to 255, grip multiplier 255 and F&R downforce to 255.
So it works.

EDIT: with normal grip PP is-3563
And with default aero F66 R92 PP is -2482
So how you tested that?

with 28 00 00 00 64 edited to 28 FF 00 00 64 and got much bhp but it does work can u change that for get -pp with my Savegame ??
