Yea there is no way they will delete your cars the worst they are doing is banning people from the online services.

little guy with no inteligence, do backups, i got banned today of the online services bu is only do the resign and i backed to normal, they cannot do this delete all ur cars maximum is delete your dlc cars and circuits not ...
