If you have not done either of those you should be okay. If PD was banning for hacked cars they would've started when the civics came out and the outbreak of cars after. They aren't that stupid to ban everyone with hacked cars that's literally almost everyone on GT5. Thank you and have a nice day ^_^

Been using the developer menu and still not received a ban... From what I have heard/seen I only believe it is for online seasonal events. Would be interesting to find out how there banning system works to be honest.

No you will get banned for usingthe secret menu to alter your ID. (meaning change your flag or change your guest name.) other than thatthe special menu isnt really all that cool in my eyes.
