All the lobbys that i do are: (very common) all legendaries and seraph and also pearlescents (common) all heads and skins lobby (rare) modded/hybrid lobby

you do not need to pay for xploder to decrypt your ps3 save there is a open sourced free to use tool brute force save data to do it with the borderlands 2 save editor lets you put any item in the game you want as long as you have it in content wise

I'm still not following do you mean like have people send me there saves and then i mod the save for them cause i did that for my friend and it worked
