Yes it's the paint preview car icon! Apparently according to quatschkopp from GTPlanet, the vehicle is incredibly small, while the engine puts out 408HP to the rear-wheels.

Now the question is, if anyone else has discovered this vehicle, mind sharing some info that might help us obtain it?

I have tried using Luca's excellent garage tool entering those hex values in the body box, on 3 different cars... and got nothing, no changes at all.

Either the codes are incorrect (but I am sure they must be correct), or there is a particular exact way to do this.

Is there a specific car we need to start with, or do these codes work on any car we wish to start with?

Did you even bother to read some postings above yours before sharing your view of things with us? I had some concerns about posting the codes/exact parameters. I think I've made my point quite clear why. If that's the behaviour of a "selfish kid", you have a strange perception of things. I don't even want to know why..

It would have been possible to include the green gift car ticket for both "samples"/"cars" in release 1.3.1 of the Garage Editor. I have decided that we leave both tickets out, as I didn't want to be responsible for some online trolling abuse of both cars.
But as the body codes of both have already been posted, I'm going to expose both "genuine" setups in a few hours..

I work primarily in HxD for my modding needs. I'm not really too familiar with either editor to their full extent. I would venture to say slim's tool is easier for swapping codes because it shows up in the box as a Hex value already. Then you can place the new body code in place of the existing body ID and you'll be set. Luca's seems to be great at being a simple drop menu and ability to set other values easily, but for just swapping hex codes maybe slim's is easier. I'm sure it is possible to do it all in Luca's as well, but again I'm just not familiar with either editor to much extent.

But even then you have to start with a car that is 00 for the dealership color code otherwise the game will freeze. check my other post on page 4 for info on what a dealership color code is. q-k has said he will reveal the full genuine cars at some point and may even add it to the garage editor to make it even easier. While I can't tell you exactly how to do this in either editor I can say it is quite simple through HxD.

C8 = Car paint model
C9 = Wheel paint model
