hi i hav been working on this a while now . i can call this my own since it s not an EDIT of nothing i removed all the previous and started all over again .
this is a BETA release it contains all the MOD MENUS and MODS i could get my hands on
-fully compatible with both GTA4 and TBOGT on PS3
-it works fine on GTA4 ONLINE but on solo it sometimes get s ****ed up and never closes so press START button to close (if it still doesnt work press START then LOAD ur GAMESAVE and never use it on solo again)
-there are somethings that doesn t work like "Chrome TEST" since i am still working on those
-it works better on TBOGT online since there are mods like UFO and GLASSCAR ..etc that only work on TBOGT and would freeze you if you try them on GTA 4 ORIGINAL
(ONLY WORKS ON MLTIPLAYER FOR TBOGT)

THAT is the problem i cant record i dont even have a camera no one seems to want to record

Well nvm I wont data transfer unless I know its a good patch maybe someone will record it

btw am done working at CXM 4.0 VIP it just cant save without being damaged by scotoolbox....

Can you tell me the menus in it cause if its got outdated menus like some of the loaders in the gta forums im not gonna bother :p
