Im working on a drift missile R32 and im wondering if someone can post a very simple explanation of how to remove the front bumper of a car, and maybe some exact hxd editor pictures of where the codes are at.

you gonna need brute force for that. if you have it;

buy a car and save your game, make a back up on desktop, load game and install frontbumper on your car, save your game and compare the 2 files with brute force. look arround 0000E910. the code to remove your bumper is 00 34 00 03.

U can't remove the front bumper in a r32 just to let u know

The only cars (so far) you can take the bumper off of is the Integra DC5, Silvia S15 and Civic Type R '08. To take the bumper off, install a bumper in GT Auto, save to usb and open it in bruteforce>HeX, look around 0000E900-E920 for 00 3X 00 0X, you want to change that to 00 34 00 04 and it will be off
