Man I feel for you as I have stealth cars also, and that would drive me to the edge. All of this is kinda stressful but it really shouldn't be. Once this is figured out I will feel much better.

If you have to delete the game save( if it comes to that ) I guess you still could re-download the cars from the ps3 dlc management screen but it is all the other cars that will be gone that also hurts. Thats where I am mentally right now. :mad:

Did you try the patch block? go to internet settings>custom>scroll right and type 210.101.131.231>port8080.

You shouldn't have to revert to an early update based on the youtube video I saw(even though it was for a different game).When you go to log in if it doesn't ask to update than it works. Let me know. It's something easy to try without uninstalling and reinstalling game data.

If any one has been successful with this update blocker with GT5, please let us know, I also have a few shared cars, I would like to retrieve.

Youtube>patch blocker and I think it is the first one on the page shows a first person shooter game or something like that

If you don't have the latest update patch you cannot connect to PD's servers, simple as is.

There must be a way that the game identifies itself to the servers that could potentially be spoofed, but I don't think anyone has figured that one out yet (or if they have they're keeping quiet)

But since the gamedata can't be accessed directly in OFW I doubt it'll ever be on release to anything other than CFW.

Takes pretty long to do that ^
