If you data transferred you need to reactivate downloaded content for the account you purchased TBoGT from.
Go to the account and Activate "Game"

well what if i were to say i didnt "purchase" tbogt I got the pkg files off the computer... hit me up on skype.. if you dont mind.. thanks coldmurda.. can you also send me your sco so i can add it to my modloader.. with joeblown in the gt check.. i wont give it out.. i lost the last one you sent me.. thanks again man.

sure. also I know what you mean how you didn't purchase it, but unless you do some sort of editing or you installed a modified version, the DLC will still need to be activated before you can use it

IM HAVING THIS PROBLEM!!! i need a fix or somthing.. i have the DLC pkg installed but before i use it i will need a fix and do i have to data transfer if i want to use it?? or can i still play TBOGT dlc on my jailbreak?
