I was playing GTA and the guy had a monstertruck was skipping across the map all sorts of random stuff he wouldn't tell me what the mod menu was called does anyone know what the name of it is and how i install it on my ps3 thanks.

yh but after i buy the ps4 i might see if i can buy a new hdd and just manually add all files except the 4.46 ofw and place a 3.55 there instead then i will spoof it hopefully this works

No mods/menu can installed unless you have a jailbroken ps3. It just isnt possible.
The closest you can get is Red-eyes Save Editor which allows you to alter money, health, armor and gun ammunition.
