Try one of the many tuts on here from hex editing to ps3 to pc conversion its all on here i like Derek's tuts they work and are simple to follow i guess it depends what your trying to do converting to pc lets you do more then hex but hex is easy to do and you dont need skyrim for pc or the creation kit

You could do with a cfw ps3
