But before the whole terms of blahblah blah pops up on the GT5 loading screen i get an error (topic) An i know its aconnection error but nothing other than GT5 is having a problem an what bugs me is im the only one who seems to be having this problem. ive reset my router an re-did my PS3 internet set up hell i even tried doing it wired but nothing fixes it. my game is running v2.12 so its up-to-date but it still is dicking me around. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

UPDATE: So just for shits an giggles i went to my secondary account... Signed in an went on GT5... worked like a dream.... sooooooo was i banned?

your accounts have been banned.

theyre are a few reasons for that;

-or you have been reported
-or you used the secret menu
-or you used hacked cars on a TT or DT

so far nobody found a solution for that

i have the same issue now but i don't think that i got banned because i had same problem before which is related to PD update i will try today and i will feed you back

^ ^ ^ A few days ago I had all sorts of errors coming up, and I'm sure one of them looked like "2:11", while others had the longer "800xxxx" error codes. After a few hours all was working fine again and has been ever since. I frequently use the secret menu even while I'm signed in to alter the AI line up and use different views in the online lobby. I've entered Seasonal Event races while forgetting that I pre-determined the AI, gifted myself cars that require a connection to the server to recieve, and I still have online access in GT5.

it depends on what you do with the secret menu. what you describe what you did, they can not see that. i changed my country and nickname, changed it back and i tought i was good to go but when i did a timetrial i had no flag next to my name. the day after my account was banned. :cry: witch seasonal events did you enter? races, TT or DT?

how do you know that you get banned for LIFE?

is it on all accounts like a ps3 ip ban or just that account
