This application allows you to open, and edit values like Money, Casino Chips, Competition Points, Collection Points, And Social Points. This can be used for USB modding without any JB/CFW PS3.
Do not remove any files in the application's folder because then its not going to work correctly.
MAKE SURE YOU MAKE A BACKUP BEFORE USING THIS EDITOR!

How To Use Tool:
Copy Test Drive Unlimited 2 Save Editor Game Save from PS3 to PC
Start Up Application and Open The Game Save Folder
Edit Game Saves however you like
Save All to save every changes to have made to the save files
Copy back to PS3 and you should be good to go.

FAQ:
- If you are having problems opening your gamesave, make sure you have DATA file and that you have framework 4.0...
- If you cant save your gamesave, then make sure you have all the files that came with the save data.
- If you are having problems with the MSCVR100.dll error, then go to this site You must login or register to view this content. and download the .exe.

I've tried to launch the program on two computers (both are Windows 7, one 32bits, the other 64bits) but nothing happened
On the first, I received an error and on the second I have received nothing (Double click and nothing ^^")
I really want to try it only to see if it's work =)
I've sent 2 PM to Red-EyeX32 but I think he hasn't received them :/ (When I go to my 'sent messages', there is no sent message oO)

just some notes on what i did to get the program to run
o seems to have been built with libraries that are only on windows8, I had tried winXP and win7 with various errors and only after using Dependency Walker and looking up what was missing did I find some indication that it may only work on win8. its possible that my other two boxes were missing bits but I dont think so
o also needed MS C++ redistributable 2010. my win8 64bit box gave me the error about msvcr100.dll missing. I ended up just installing both the 32bit and 64bit versions of the C++ redistributable installer, not sure if I only needed one
o I still got an error loading a gamesave i have had for years now. it choked on a value it thought was out of range. loading a fairly empty brand new save worked fine .. so there may be some incompatibilites with some saves
Im not actually using the tool to mod my game saves, I wanted to see what it was changing for the area bits, so I cant comment on if it will save a valid file after changing it.
background: i've been stuck on 99% road discovery for a looong time on ibiza2. i've tried everything to complete it so I figured I'd tear apart the game save to see if I could understand the format and find the bloody spec of road I'm missing. we'll see. yes i understand it doesnt affect the game really ... it just really really bugs me. a lot.

Do not run as administrator and don't run in compatibility mode
