Supposedly it is the same chip for each one, however the person that has it is reluctant to share details about it.

Its either a hacked paint (which I am not sure if that is possible) or its Photoshoped (FAKE)...

If it is real thats some INSANE paint!

i'm pretty sure it's one of the polarized paint (DLC paints)

I actually bought the DLC back when it came out, and did photoshoot, it never looked anything like that.

I'd say it's photoshopped, mostly because there are no reflections, shadows or any other enviromental effects cast on the car in any of the pictures. I seriously doubt that if it was an actual in-game chip they would actually override the game's texturing engine enough to remove these effects, after all even matt black goes "fluffy" at night in the crazy world of GT5.

DefaultColour does this as well

It's not photoshopped I can prove it online.
It changes to different color everytime you join track online.
