Well I was wondering if people can open up the files and edit them and what not, why can't someone edit a certain thing or do something to make it boot a menu or have a menu without needing a CFW ps3?
Just a thought, just alittle curious.

you need a jb ps3 to mod gta4 online... You can only mod story mode without a jb ps3. I wish people would just asking this question and google it D= thank you and have a nice day.

Well have you ever thought that maybe I have already did this and I get a bunch of useless result from sites like "GTA4 USB Mods 2013 LEGIT OG SHIT." Would you trust that? I don't think so. This is a place I trust. But thanks anyways. I just wanted to know.
