When you make a hybrid the country turns to Hybris how can you change it to the respected country? Because I made all of the Chrome Line and Stealth Models and and it labels the country as Hybrid I want to change it to be the respected country.

pretty sure you can just change it in garage editor, not too sure though, when i get back to my playstation i will confirm

I´m try with Garage Editor 1.1.2 and 1.3.1, and I can´t do it.

There is no issue quite simply and I advise people not to try to hack it back unless they really know what they are doing and there are few that would be able to do it correctly. Can it be done with the Tool? NO, maybe next update but not at the moment. The few times I attempted to change it back have had death to save game consequences. From unable to access standard cars (arrow wont even go on the tab) to empty car slots with nothing that will go in or remove it. etc. It IS NOT a simply fix and messing with this can mess up your save game.

The editor will tag them Hybrid, like it or lump it. To get around this, Build the car you like with the editor, then save the car data in HxD, buy a new car of the same type, and copy the stuff you want to use, and PRESTO you have the Hybrid with no Hybrid tag.

Pointless, but simple to do. Plus you can swap parts with the other apps that don't insert Hybrid. The only problem is YOU. I hope you realize thats why there is no help from the people who could actually hack fix it. because its pointless and if you dont like the hybrid tag, dont use the features that apply it, pretty simple.....

The only problem is your unwilling to work around it. YOU have a problem with it and you have been explained how its applied and how to work around it, at this point its on you to either work around it or just plain live with it....

Personally I like it, Its a cool tweak to make life easy sniffing out those Brids in the STD folder lol

Dude, lay off the aggressiveness. If I simply change the colour on my Gallardo to a chip I don't have in my inventory and couldn't find in the list of 5 billion chips the editor offers, it gets tagged as a hybrid, and that annoys me. Especially when I dislike the colour and change it again in GT Auto and it's still a stock Gallardo tagged as hybrid. It clutters up the my hybrid country section and takes away the only point why it's been created in the first place.

The solution is simple, you just have to send the car to a friend and the country will be the good.

Or just use Bruteforce/HxD....

I use the Garage Editor to give me the paint chips I want and paint it at GT Auto. No Muss - No Fuss...

I just look through the list of paints I want to try and add them in x10 stacks. Makes it easy to try on several paint jobs quickly.
