I'm certain that Premium will carry over to BF4. I do remember when it initially came out it was called Battlefield Premium, not just BF3 Premium. :p

Maybe its worth it but this late into the game with BF4 coming out soon and PS4 in the next couple months i really dont see the point in buying it so at the current time i would tell you no its not worth it. If you are not going to get BF4 then i guess its worth it.
