I would like for the ambulance arrive, when needed they pull out the gurney I want to make it seem realistic and you are able to follow people in the hospital that would be cool.Just stuff that makes the game seem way more realistic.

The ability to shoot assault rifles, shotguns etc. out of a car when passenger
Bullet holes in people when you shoot them
More variety of cop cars (Slick tops, undercovers etc)
AI that actually know how to drive .__.

I would LOVE to see a high variety of customization and role play modes for Multiplayer Online. But most of all it would be really awesome if they incorporated like police patrol roleplay into free mode in Multiplayer, higher selection of vehicles of all types stuff im too lazy to mention lol
