Thoes this saves Have Hacked Hp or color cars ?

the insane save is mine and it has about 100+ hacked cars. (all have arround 1500BHP)
i don't know what you mean by "color cars" but you can paint the cars yourself.
if you are on 2.13, you won't be able to do mutch with my save because i hacked them on 2.11.
