First of all, if its a debug eboot, its clearly for rtm and I said real time modding in the thread. Also, debug eboots do not matter about regions.

Ok, I guess I didn't know what real time modding is...seems you do need a DEX PS3. In that case there's already been a release of this and a very deep discussion going on elsewhere.
By version I didn't mean region, there are multiple versions of GTA which use different EBOOTs. I assume you wouldn't know because you said you don't own the game. There's unpatched IV, patched v1.06 IV, EFLC disc, EFLC digital, and the Complete Edition (I think that's all of them lol).

Eboot should work for all of them and no there hasnt been any relese of this for GTA.
