Skyrim is a very fun game, if you like somewhat rpg games then you will love it. There is so much to do on it and so many 'missions' to do that you wont get bored to easily. Some of the quests are somewhat difficult and they might give you somewhat of a challenge but they are definitely worth your time.
You can buy houses and get new armours etc, weapon, gold, and all the good stuff c: Everytime you get ranked up you can unlock things powers, etc. Every new city provides some adventures that will be very fun.
You can also get modded gamesaves which can help you out throughout the game, I would def recommend buying it if you still haven't
