Today, i release you my ModManager v2.2, the base menu is not me but Evil Blunt. A big thank you Evil Blunt for the creation of ModManager! This modmanger is compatible with GTA 4 (BLES00229), the extension psn TBOG (BLES00229_E2) and GTA Episodes From Liberty City (BLES00887).
For The Lost And Damned, the ModManager works a little differently, you have to L3 + R3 to activate it and then R1 + R3 to open.
