take 2.12 patch off ur save like a bypass or put a patch block in ur save but the game thinks ur on 2.14

i think Slim has allready tryd that with the 2.11 and 2.12 update but it didn't work.

also you would not be able to connect to the online servers so you would be better off to play offline if you are going to do that.
