Are you familiar with HxD?
Btw removing hoods is pointless since you can't actually see the engine bay, it's just a black space.

DLC is downloaded to your console so you have it on all your accounts anyway.

You have to install it again.
It's in the menu before you go into GT mode.

You need buy paints to every account.
