You need send but you don't have trading limit when you use that program

Or if you have started new account you can always resign your main gt5 save and then you got all same cars on both accounts.

If you want duplicate your cars your main account, just create sub account and resign your save there.(I can do resigning for you later tonight if it's needed)

After you got save resigned just spam your giftbox full of cars using trading tool

I just copy my save, send the car, and then put my copied save back on.
And if you want to just have a copy of a car open the original in HxD, copy the car data, open the other car (same kind of car would probably be a smart idea) and just paste write the data from the other car.
I usually copy from the start of the paint code to the weight multiplier.
