Try it to see what level the enemies are? Also, try playing with other players while on that difficulty?

Do a barrel roll!
It comes from gibbed, if you chose playthroughs completed as 3, since UVHM is done it tries to let you play playthrough 4, try it and see if it works, mine would freeze if i tried.

That modded playthrough is for boosting toons. quests/monsters are scaled up to boost people.
