Um you can pre order it on the psn store and in the pic, in the bottom right corner it says day one digital so i am pretty sure it will be on the psn store Winky Winky

I think they would most probably, they put nearly all new releases on the store and this would sell instantly, so its in Sony's best interest to get Rockstar to get it on the store!
