It will allow you edit mostly every single stat, character, etc...
It has a option to edit how many skill points, your money, masks, and everything inside the treeview is all editable, meaning this save is completely mapped out.
It was one of the hardest to make for sure, but it has finally paid off, now here are some pictures of how the editor looks like:

As you can see all those are the options to edit.
I have spent lots of time on this editor and if you would like to donate I would really appreciate it.
The MD5 hash at the bottom of the save was really difficult :p
I would like to thank TheUnexpected for pointing out a obvious bug I was having a difficult time on :p

The app just detections because it has been packed to prevent decompilation

I noticed something was wrong, I have the digital version, editing seemed fine until I copied back to PS3, the file did not change but stayed the same. I tried deleting the original saves or re-writing, nothing worked. Is there any solution to this?

So I figured out the problem. My payday 2 is v1.03 not 1.02. Maybe the editor needs an update?

Sorry if i'm either just being an idiot or ignorant to something completely obvious, but I can't open my save folder with this program. I get an "unhandled exception" error, and yes, I do have .NET framework 4.5. Also, the save is the one in appdata\local\payday2, right?

Ok guys I would like if you guys could provide me saves with different regions. I would like to update this editor so everyone could use it without having to use a old save data.

I have the digital version from the ps+ game thing and all of the features on this work for me sometimes I get a $VERSION error but I just make backups and redo it and then it usually works.
