It will allow you edit mostly every single stat, character, etc...
It has a option to edit how many skill points, your money, masks, and everything inside the treeview is all editable, meaning this save is completely mapped out.
It was one of the hardest to make for sure, but it has finally paid off, now here are some pictures of how the editor looks like:

As you can see all those are the options to edit.
I have spent lots of time on this editor and if you would like to donate I would really appreciate it.
The MD5 hash at the bottom of the save was really difficult :p
I would like to thank TheUnexpected for pointing out a obvious bug I was having a difficult time on :p
YOU NEED .NET FRAMEWORK 4.5!
The app just detections because it has been packed to prevent decompilation

Alright can someone help me with this. i edited a save and it worked fine, then i tried to edit the infamy on it, guess i must have done something wrong cuz it got corrupted so i lost 80 levels..whatever cuz i could just edit a new save...but i cant get it to work again. my game is from playstation store. its updated to 1.04 using multiple brand new saves, i edit total collected cash to 999,999,999, cash on hand to 999,999,999 and off shore to 999,999,999 and then skill points to 500 and player level to 100. nothing else so wtf is going wrong? every time i load the game it says corrupted...delete and start over

infamy should be under 'rank' in the editor. and i believe you need to be 100, and in game get infamy 1, then rank shows up.

Set ur rank to 100 and money to 9999999....
Load up pd2 and then go infamous and save the file and then use redeyes save editor!This game's unlock system is very random and confusing sometimes lol

Nope! You have to have the mod unlock to expand the amount you want to mod! The random unlocking in this game is bs, but its a great game at the same time!Also...If you unlock the same mod it resets it back to 1 :/
