well for a start the disk id is not the same as gta4 but wen you buy b.o.g.t from the psn store its the same i think but the game is on sale right now i think

GTA EFLC can only be modded via back up on a external HDD as far as im aware

im not sure what he's actually asking, GTA IV + DLC can be modded. But to mod GTA EFLC disc it will have to be modded via external HDD backup. Hope this helps
