I think Major Distrubution has a menu with an option to give you instant 5,000,000. But also Pinkhouse has some menu's like XMC and EvilBlunt's online scripts which have options to give people money.

No menu gives you instant level 10? You have to keep clicking until you get to 5 million. Well thats what i was told, its around 50888 is the max you can give at one time.
