The publisher's vice president, Dan Houser, has suggested that a sequel to the controversial original could eventually see release.

Houser told Polygon, expressing the urge to develop a new Bully title.

Some fans of the franchise apparently want to see an adult version of protagonist Jimmy Hopkins star in a Grand Theft Auto title. This idea, according to Houser, is unlikely to ever happen.

Bully was my hands-down favorite gam eon the PS2 besides Jak & Daxter Precursor Legacy. GOD I would've loved a Bully 2 instead of GTA V. Don't get me wrong, GTA V is an amazing, breath-taking game but Bully 2 is something I would much rather see because of how controversial it was (because it being in a school). I would like to see like Jimmy in college now or a new protag (Like someone who's now in how Jimmy's spot was) would be cool.

Bully is the shit! I still play it on my PS3 as I have bought the game as a PS2 classic from PSN. I used to play it all the time on PS2!
