(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); So I started a new game in Skyrim because I wanted to play as a mage this time, well I boosted a few of my skills like Smithing, Speech, Cojuration very shortly after starting the game and now my character is level 30 and I'm getting my shit wrecked by everything because my destruction, heavy armour and two handed are all really low... I spent time buffing my destruction magic, I think it's level 63 now and I have some fairly good spells like fireball but that still hardly does any damage to anything above low level draugr and bandits. There seems to be a huge jump in difficulty, I run across guys I can one hit, then next everyone is just a bullet sponge and absorb all my damage I throw at them only knocking of like 1/20th of their HP. Shit's weird, even had this problem when I knocked the difficulty right down to the lowest setting, though now I'm again playing on normal but it's still pretty tough.

Anyone else experienced stuff like this, I'm having to rely on conjouring demora lords and storm antronachs to get me through many places, when I'd much rather be blasting shit away with destruction magic. I'm thinking of doing the dark brother hood quest line just to get black Shadowfax and buffing destruction using him.

EDIT: Also why the fuck has the clipping on the Ebony Armour not been fixed yet. Seriously, it was an issue in the vanilla game and now with a fuck load of patches it's still there. It makes me so fucking angry that they just ignore simply things like this, how long would it take to fix it?

Also is the DLC worth getting for this? I've not heard anything good about it yet, just people saying it's mediocre and you can adopt a kid or something stupid.
