Love this, haven't tried it but definitely support it now. It's great to see Sony pushing people to do this. People like me who never envisioned hacking the game but with lowered rewards and $50 microtransactions I will support and contribute to any form of modifying the game going forward.

A small tut.

Needed: DEX PS3, target manager. Debug EBOOT and this tool

1. Download a debug eboot for update 1.01 and this tool
2. Place the debug eboot in hdd0/game/you're region/usdir/EBOOT.BIN
3. Open Target manager and connect to ps3
4. open this tool and hit connect and attach
It should say attached or something like that.
5. Select the ammount of money you want, then go to garage, and car list then back out to garage, then you're money should be changed.
6. Win a race and you're money should be saved.

Might not be the best as i just write what i remember in my head, but i hope it helps Smile

I have tested this tool, and its working, but im not gonna use it, as i got my own tool
