I think it's only out for premium users at the moment. You have to wait two weeks for it if you don't have premium.

Yes im premium and was playing the maps last night , non premium will get them on December 17th.

You guys aren't understanding what he is saying at all. This guy received his copy of Battlefield 4 but the redeem code the China Rising DLC was not in the box. Because of this, even when the DLC is released on the 17th of December he will not be able to download it as he hasn't been given a code.

My advice to you is to go into your local GameStop and tell them the situation. If they can't assist you then ring EA Support or go to their live chat and tell them the situation. One of them will be able to help you to put this problem right, providing you have all receipts.
