Many want to put turbos and superchargers to different types of cars, especially those that can not be done in the game. to place the turbo should do it by hex editor, and we need besides the turbo code and controller code.

That is why I have taken the time to research the codes of the turbos and their respective controller, without the controller. only increases engine power, but the gauge and the sound does'nt work. the list is still in progress but I hope to complete it soon. there are other publications that explain you how to install the turbos in an easy way using the hex editor here:
