The test failed, ive tryed with terrain and also terrain in 1_2_2 folder.

Just to inform you guys. it doesnt seem like its possible to change texture, something is blocking it.

Ive found out that from this psn game you can get the minecraft font. this means the text style that minecraft uses.

It whould be located at:
USDIR>Common>Media>font

It's possible. You need to replace the texture files in the /TitleUpdate/res/ folder.

Im assuming you have done this... i cant get all stuff in that folder to work either

Yes. You need to replace terrain, terrainMipMapLevel2 and terrainMipMapLevel3. Make sure the new textures are sized correctly and it should work.

Bad Santa is correct, you have to go into the TitleUpdate/res/ folder and edit those .png files. I have personally done it yesterday and it worked.

Mob textures work, replace the texture in common/res/1_2_2/mob
and common/res/mob, i haven't tried anything else though...
