Debug EBOOT doesn't work, I get error 80029530.

You have to copy Minecraft from dev_hdd0/game to /GAMES
and copy it into a PS3_GAME folder
like this:
dev_hdd0/GAMES/Minecraft/PS3_GAME/FILES

by "files" do you mean the bles/blus folder i can remember the name its NPUB.. something?! or the files that are in that folder?

Tried that, just causes an "unsupported Data" error...

It's not a firmware issue.

Yeah i tried making my own eboot and doing it had same issues moved it over and everything..
