Vehicle Face Tracking - While in a vehicle, the kinect sensor will track your face and help you look around the cockpit / drivers seat without having to move the joystick.
Cover Face Tracking - While hiding behind cover, act as if you're peaking around the ledge to have your solider look around the corner!
Voice Commands - You can now use the kinect to call out squad commands, such as "ammo, I need a ride, and medic!" (Skip to very end for demonstration)

i don't use them. but its good to have there. i guess...
