I discovered hacked car are among us. Playing in pubblic lobbies, with restricted car from garage online (scion), an english guy entered with audi R8 tuned, or another example: every one with stock car, this guy gave me 8-9 seconds per lap, (and modestly i'm very fast).

So, the question is if they will release the tool for "common" people or if it will take for them.

How was that car hacked?
Different engine or something else?
