That might be the framework. Try installing the Framenetwork 4.0, but if you're running Windows XP it's not gonna work.

Actually, I have been trying to find these offsets as well. I gave up on trying to increase the number from 13 cause it is too hard and it is dependent on your amount of supply and other stuff that i failed to figured out. Recently, I changed my strategy and began to hunt for codes that control how many points each ability/weapon cost... and i successfully managed to reduce crafter 3 to 00 ! however, i wasnt able to find the patterns related to the other equipaments...

and i wonder what is this ''money'' offset about ? is it that thing u use to buy outfit on single player ?

That's what I mean. We just want to have (If possible) to have more stuff on our loadout.

It doesn't. You're not gonna have all those parts on the board, is only to purchase armour and upgrades. OMG! are you complaining about that? XD
