i dont know, it might be your ccapi or your own console. are u sure you have the same computer connected to the same router that gives the connection to the ps3?

yeah i`m sure...everything is all right and my Console manager connects to my ps3 successfully but this RTM doesnt connect

Download PS3Lib 4.3 from this link: You must login or register to view this content.
And place it in the tool folder, then try to open the tool and connect.
